We work with Rijus Home Design from Dunnville, Ontario for all of our house plans and design work. Rijus has been designing stunningly high quality homes for home builders since 1983 and understands the needs of today’s builders and buyers.

The benefit of working with a third party home designer is that you are not locked into building with any specific builder, the plans become yours and yours alone. We believe this freedom to be an advantage for you.
